All of our bars and cradles are made from knot-free basswood, making our bars lightweight, straight, splinter free and easy to hang. 1. What is shellac? Shellac is an oil-free sealant used on our birch, cradled panels. Don’t worry it’s gesso, acrylic and oil paint friendly.
2. Do you offer delivery? We offer delivery services throughout the Bay Area. Oakland /Berkeley $100, San Francisco $175, Sausalito $250, other greater Bay Area locations delivery is based on distance.
3. Do you mount and frame artwork? We outsource our mounting on MDF and floating frame services.
4. How do I hang my artwork after its been stretched or mounted? We can attach French cleats, D-rings and wires for easy installation.
